Ingredients
1 celery stalk, chopped
4 button mushrooms, chopped
4 sundried tomatoes, chopped
½ zucchini, diced
¼ cucumber, diced
1 tomato, diced
1 handful of parsley
1 teaspoon hemp seed oil
Recipe Directions
Can it get any easier than this??
1. Chop celery, mushrooms, and sundried tomatoes. 2. Dice zucchini, cucumber, and tomato. 3. De-stem parsley. 4. Throw it all into a bowl. 5. Pour hemp seed oil on top. 6. TA DA!

The fresh flavour of tomatoes, combined with the sweetness of parsley and the nuttiness of hemp is a winner combo.
This is the simplest, freshest and tastiest salad I have ever had:)

I had to add more seasoning, I found it to be a little bland. Thanks for the recipe

The tomato is listed below the cucumber. I usually use one large one:)
