A guaranteed explosion of flavour in your mouth! The fresh flavour of tomatoes, combined with the sweetness of parsley and the nuttiness of hemp is a winner combo. This is the simplest, freshest and tastiest salad I have ever had:)

Can it get any easier than this??
1. Chop celery, mushrooms, and sundried tomatoes. 2. Dice zucchini, cucumber, and tomato. 3. De-stem parsley. 4. Throw it all into a bowl. 5. Pour hemp seed oil on top. 6. TA DA!

I had to add more seasoning, I found it to be a little bland. Thanks for the recipe

Looks yummy. How much tomato do you use? I only see the sundried tomatoes, but in the picture I see regular tomatoes.

The tomato is listed below the cucumber. I usually use one large one:)
