Ingredients

1 cup white beans, soak overnight
¼ cup cilantro or basil
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1 clove garlic, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
½ cup tomatoes, diced

Really easy: mix all ingredients together. Enjoy!
