Ingredients
1 Medium Red Onion , Thinly Sliced
8 cup Cherry Tomatoes, Halved
½ cup Raw Vinegar
¼ cup Honey
¾ teaspoon Each a good Sea Salt and Pepper
10 Basil Leaves, roughly chopped
Recipe Directions
Soak sliced onions in 4 cups of ice water and 2 tablespoons of sea salt for 20 minutes.
After onions are soaked, combine tomatoes, onions, vinegar and honey.
Let marinade for 20minutes.
Enjoy!
*Cucumbers would be great in this too.
