1 cup Raw macadamia nuts
1 cup Raw cashews
½ cup Lemon juice
¼ cup Nama Shoyu
1 clove Garlic
½ teaspoon pepper or peppercorns
Blend all ingredients until creamy.
Note: I always used 1 cup sunflowers (soaked) instead of the macadamia nuts and it was still delicious.
