Ingredients
1 cup Raw macadamia nuts
1 cup Raw cashews
½ cup Lemon juice
¼ cup Nama Shoyu
1 clove Garlic
½ teaspoon pepper or peppercorns
Recipe Directions
Blend all ingredients until creamy.
Note: I always used 1 cup sunflowers (soaked) instead of the macadamia nuts and it was still delicious.

The recipe doesn't call for them to be soaked and I haven't soaked the cashews in the past, but I'm sure you could. I've never used the macadamia nuts....always use sunflower seeds, soaked. Sorry it took me so long to get back to this.
