Ingredients
1½ cup buckwheat groats (soaked 6 hours, sprouted 2 days)
½ cup olive oil
½ cup carrot pulp and juice
½ cup flax seeds )soaked in 1 cup water for 1/2 hour)
¼ cup maple syrup
Recipe Directions
1. Mix all ingredients in together in a large mixing bowl, then scoop the mixture in batches into food processor till all is blended well.
2. Lightly grease 2 solid dehydrator sheets with olive oil and spread mixture into 10×10 inch squares. (should be about 1/4 inch thick). Dehydrate at 110 degrees for about 8 hours or until dry enough to flip over so the other side can dehydrate for another 8 hours. Use your judgment on how long to dehydrate.
Note:
I would never, ever use that much olive oil but this is what the recipe calls for. Usually, I would just put some chopped carrot in the food processor and run till smooth, then add the other ingredients if I didn’t have any pulp and juice on hand.

For the carrot pulp and juice, you can also just shred the carrot with a normal hand grater. That's what I do, to make carrot juice, anyway.

Oops! I'm new to this. Got my instructions before the ingredients but I think you can figure it out.
