Ingredients

2 small or medium avos, chopped
1 medium tomato, chopped
1 head of iceburg or boston lettuce
4 ounce fresh peas
1 medium cuke, sliced
2 tablespoon lime juice
2 tablespoon shredded mature or young coconut
black pepper of cayenne to taste

Recipe Directions

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and serve.
