I guess you can make different variations of this recipe, however I really like mine. Maybe I'll put some garlic next time and see the difference.

Mike (youryogi)I corrected the recipe, 2 tb nutritioanl yest and 4 tb sesame seeds and 1/2 t itialian spices

the recipe has some incorrect measurements...it should be 1/3 cup sesame seeds, 1/2 tsp italian spices, and half of a lemon juiced into it. Also some water may have to be added so it's not so thick.
