Five or six medium size ripe vine ripened tomatoes—substitute any tomatoes you like
two-three stalks of celery
the juice of one to two medium to large limes
half of a yellow or orange or red bell pepper
This is a delicious, super easy tomato soup that I love. I eat very simply and very low fat so you might want to jazz it up even more with some pine nuts or other nuts, salt and pepper and other spices, cilantro, basil etc…
The amounts are very general because I never measure, I adjust everything by choice. What I listed below fills up a standard vita mix blender container (larger than a standard blender)
Here is my version.
Blend until evenly mixed.
