1 large bunch of broccoli , cut off tops and put aside for salad or whatever else
7 large and very ripe tomatoes, Leave peel on and cut up
1 large bunch of cilantro, put it in Vitamix
sprinkle Salt and pepper, put in Vitamix
1½ tablespoon grape seed oil, put in Vitamix
2 large cloves garlic-depends on if you love garlic-like me, put in Vitamix
I just used what I had in my fridge- like-”AliciaD-” I through it all in the Vitamix (except for the cilantro-that was put in last-after everything else got blended) and put it on high for like 2 min then on low for about 3 min. I had to use the accelerator tool to mush it down while blending it. I then chilled it in the fridge over night-it was good, although I’d add lime, avacado and onion next time I make it-for more of a stronger flavor.
