This is the best soup that I’ve ever made! Beautiful color, great taste, thick and creamy.

Roughly chop all of the ingredients, add them, a few at a time into the bender with enough water to get it going. I put diced tomato and avocado in the bowl and poured the soup on top. I gave it a stir and sprinkled it with a little ground pumpkin seed. I used one red, one orange pepper, but I don’t think the taste would change if you used either color of pepper.

This has a nice cool summer flavor. The texture is a bit different. Use as little water as possible.
