Serves 4
Ingredients
2 pounds ripe red tomatoes
1 red bell pepper (seeded)
½ fresh red chili pepper (seeded)
½ cup water or chilled ginger tea
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon sesame oil
½ teaspoon garlic oil
1 tablespoon tocotrienols
1 tablespoon hemp protein powder
1 teaspoon mesquite powder
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar + 1/2 lime (juiced)
Cilantro and scallions (chopped)
Recipe Directions
1. Blend tomatoes, pepper, and chili pepper with water or tea.
2. Press through a strainer and return to the blender. Blend again with rest of ingredients except for last one.
3. Pour into soup bowl and serve sprinkled with cilantro and scallions.

Once I serve it to my friends, they have been making it ever since. It is perfect for a cool autumn day.
Make sure ingredients are in peak condition for best flavored soup.

this looks yummy, im going to make it when i have time to warm it in the dehydrator

thank you david! I could not describe it better. It also adds a slightly smoky flavor to a soup or salad

~thanks! to making warmer i use more chili pepper :) or just let the blender run for a minute or so - it gets warm much faster.
