This is me at 115kilo's (253 lb) for all u imperialists. Well I have started a raw food diet a week ago I have lost 5 kilo 11lb, I want to loose a hundred pound 46 kilo. I do grow my own vegies but not nearly enough greens and because I live in a country town the selection at the shops is not fantastic. Also West Australia bans seeds from other parts. I have been watching lots of blogs and reading loads about raw vegan so I think I will give it six months raw to see any changes, I wont return to an Australian standard diet I need to have a new way of living so I am thinking long term either mixed raw and small amount whole cooked.</p>
