<p>I live on the island of St. Croix in the US Virgin Islands and have been here for 23 years. I've been vegan for a number of years and have recently become interested in raw. I've been trying the Rawtarian recipes and I really love the ones I've tried so far! I'm hoping to one day open a vegan/raw B&B or Holistic Health Center here in my beautiful, rural, tropical neighborhood.</p>
