Never thought I could do it, and after a healing retreat with Ada Robinson in Marshall, Michigan, it just happened, and easily. I still have a lot of work to do to go “purely raw,” and I don’t ever want to be dogmatic or OCD about this. I think a big part of my journey on this planet is to discover how to experience Pleasure, and so that is my ultimate goal in all areas, including food. But I do agree with what others have said, about the desire for unnatural foods being wrapped up in Ego and rooted in addiction. I know that I will eventually be willing to give up the food items that are not strictly raw. In the meantime I am really enjoying this, and after a lifetime of pain, I am finally starting to experience JOY.</p>
