<p>I’m a Nutrition student at the University of Texas. I am conflicted in that the majority of the mainstream curriculum greatly contradicts my personal nutritional practices and lifestyle. I was 100% raw for some time last year, and just recently decided to give it another try. I am greatly inspired by my journey so far!</p>
