Ingredients
.33 cup sprouted lentils
.33 cup sprouted kamut
¼ cup chopped tomato
¼ cup chopped orange bell pepper
¼ cup cubed avocado
1 tablespoon raw pepitas
1 teaspoon cold-pressed olive oil
1 dash pepper
1 sprinkle ground flax meal
1 dash sea salt
Recipe Directions
Toss all ingredients together in a bowl and enjoy! I can imagine this would be good on a bed of mixed greens. I just put a big heaping of alfalfa sprouts on top of mine :)

I was sprouting kamut to have for breakfast, and then the finished result kinda reminded me of brown rice. I decided to mix it with my lentil sprouts and toss in some chopped veggies! DELICIOUS!

thanks for the recipe! i used this on easter with a few modifications (little miso, and some raw tahini) to make sure all the family would enjoy it as well. i got tons of compliments and they couldn't believe how good raw could taste!
