Joined May 19, 2008<p>I have been raw almost 5 months – enjoying it thoroughly. I am a certified instructor for the Alissa Cohen program. I live in the DC area and offer classes and trainings on raw food preparation. I recently trained under Dr. Iris Latham in Sunfired Cuisine – he has some phenomenal recipes – I am passionate about helping those who want to take back their health and respect their temple as a gift from God.</p>
