2 slice tomato
5 slice baby portabella mushrooms
1 slice green pepper
1 handful mixed greens of choice
dash cayenne pepper
1 cup Kandace's Zucchini Hummus
Spread cabbage leaf with hummus. Then pile on some greens, followed by the tomatoes, mushrooms, and peppers. Top it off with more hummus and a dash of cayenne pepper, and you’re good to go!
Warning: These can get messy, so use a toothpick if you want.
