I was craving an asian flavored salad one day, and came up with this healthy concoction. I loved the combination of watercress that added alittle tang to this salad. Here’s a base foundation which you can always play upon, its simple and fast. Has all the ingredients to give you that boost you need.

Recipe Directions

Mix watercress, red onions, tomatoes, string beans in a bowl. Add sesame oil, cilantro and lemon. Sea salt is optional if desired, however I find red onion, lemon juice and cilantro will give enough flavor to this salad. Enjoy!
