Agave nectar could be used in lieu of the honey or maple syrup, to make it raw vegan. Sounds so sweet! I can't wait to try it!

I tried this for lunch yesterday with papaya, mango, banana, and agave. Wow, what a flavour! Tastes so much like candy...I had to keep reminding myself that it was actually healthy because my guilty conscience kept creeping in! XD
