Humanimal's Thoughts
By humanimal dressing with a kick. The cayenne with put you ‘re metabolism, the avocado provides you with healthy mono-unsaturated fat, and apple cider and ginger aids with digestion. I really like this recipe during the winter because the hot spices really turn up the heat.

This looks really good - I love spicy food! I'm planning on making it this week - do you eat it alone? on a salad? on raw crackers? something else? all of the above? Thanks.
