Miss Taco Sauce? This recipe is fresh, thick, and it will make your mouth water!!! Its really easy to make too!!! This is great for a party and your taste buds. Blend all ingredients Next time I will post a photo of the sauce!

Ingredients

2 Medium Tomatoes

1/2 cup Sun-dried Tomatoes

Taco Seasonings :

1teaspoon Cumin,

1Tablesppon Chili powder,

1/4 teaspoon Onion powder,

1/4 teaspoon Oregano powder,

The rest to taste, we all have unique taste-buds

Salt, Garlic powder, Black pepper, Paprika, Start with 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Or you can substitute my list of seasonings and put a vegan taco mix in the tomato mixture

Blend tomatoes and sun-dried tomatoes first, if it is to thick, add some water

Recipe Directions

Cut Tomatoes to fit in your processor

Cut Sun-dried tomatoes in small pieces

Blend in processor and when it is at your desired consistency (add H2O if necessary)

Then add spices, blend, taste test and add something if needed...This tastes great!

This is great combined with any faux meat pates and guacamole, raw cheese, and flax shells...

Awesome sauce! I did make adjustments; some Bragg's, lots of cayenne, extra cumin, a bit of vinegar and bit of palm sugar made it perfect. Great base for experimentation though, and it wasn't bad without the adjustments by any means! Good job.
