Ingredients
6 carrots (chopped)
1½ avocados
2 cups water
3 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon ginger (powdered)
1 small lemon (juiced)
2 teaspoons curry powder
½ teaspoon cumin
Pinch of cayenne pepper
Sea salt and pepper (to taste)
Recipe Directions
1. Toss all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. For a pretty finish, sprinkle with curry powder.

I just made this, and garnished it with some of my Lighten Up taco meat and extra lentil sprouts. It was lovely and delicious! Kandance, I think this is the holy grail of raw soup recipes! I love it!

Thanks for this AWESOME recipe--so savory and filling but refreshing at the same time. I've made it 3 times in the last 3 days and all of my friends loved it when I served it at a gathering. I can't believe how easy this is to make even in my $20 blender!

Delicious. I grate my carrots with the food processor first... then add everything else with less water. Yumm!

oops that was actually because i forgot the avocado!!! hahaha well it is good without, and with the almond milk, so im sure it is even better the way one is actually supposed to make it and I will try this next time!

nice flavors, its cool and refreshing.. i added about 1/4 cup of warmed almond milk to give it a creamier texture
