Ingredients

½ banana (frozen)
½ tablespoon raw cocoa powder
1 tablespoon nut butter (like almond)
1 tablespoon flax seed (ground)
½ tablespoon raw agave nectar
3 to 5 ice cubes

Recipe Directions

1. Throw everything in a blender and enjoy! If banana and ice doesn’t blend or break down right away, let all ingredients sit in the blender a few minutes and then blend.
