Chunky, nutty, and caroby. :) Good for breakfast, or lunch or dinner for me. All you need to make this is a fork and spoon. You could add some coconut oil to make it richer.

4 bananas
2 tablespoons carob powder
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
1 tablespoon flax seeds
¾ cup almonds
Recipe Directions
1. Grind the seeds and almonds in a coffee grinder until they have turned into a powder.
2. Mash the bananas in large bowl.
3. Then add the carob and seed and nut mix.

I've made a version of this pudding... blend bananas, carob powder, and dates or maple syrup. Or you can add your favorite berries and nut butter for extra flavor! Then pop it in the freezer for 30 minutes until it's very cold. For one person, use 1/2 the recipe (2 bananas) for a smaller serving.

I made it with 1 1/2 bananas, 1 1/2 tsp carob powder, 1 teaspoon of agave, and 1 cup of fresh blueberries. Yum!

Alissa Cohen sells raw carob powder. It tastes great, is really smooth, and lasts quite awhile for the amount you get.
