2 tablespoons carob powder
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
1 tablespoon flax seeds
¾ cup almonds
1. Grind the seeds and almonds in a coffee grinder until they have turned into a powder.
2. Mash the bananas in large bowl.
3. Then add the carob and seed and nut mix.

Chunky, nutty, and caroby. :)
Good for breakfast, or lunch or dinner for me.
All you need to make this is a fork and spoon.
You could add some coconut oil to make it richer.
