Recipe Directions

1. Put all ingredients except salt, water, and sunflower seeds into the blender.

2. Blend and add water slowly until its as thick as desired. Add salt to taste.

3. Garnish with parsley and sunflower seeds for a nice crunch.

This soup is creamy, delicious, and very comforting. I came up with it using what i had in the house.

The miso gives it a nice touch so you don’t have to add too much salt. Enjoy!

I'm confused...The recipe mentions sun dried tomatoes but not sunflower seeds, and then the instructions mention sunflower seeds...So did you mean sunflower seeds and not sun dried tomatoes, or sunflower seeds in addition to??
