Ingredients
1 cup soaked almonds
2 apples
2 T. hemp seed (or flax seed) oil
2 T. curry powder
1/2 cup raisins
1 banana
1/2 cup coconut
1 large zucchini
2 carrots
1 package of soaked kelp noodles*
Other seasonings to taste
*Soak kelp noodles for 30 minutes or longer in acidic water.
It softens noodles better than plain water.
Acidic water can be made by adding lemon juice.
Recipe Directions
Blend almonds by themselves
Add apples, oil, 1/4 cup raisins, curry powder, banana and blend until smooth.
Add water to achieve consistency desired.
Add other seasonings as desired.
Add remaining raisins and coconut.
Chop zucchini and carrots.
Place noodles in dish, followed by chopped veggies. Cover with curry sauce.
Eat as is or warm it.

I've made this 3 times since December 23, and served it for company Christmas day. The first time I dehydrated it using plain vegetables only. I like the kelp noodles as it provides lots of chewing as well as the rich sauce. This is a basic sauce that can be modified with different veggies and seasonings.
