Yield
makes two and a half cups
Ingredients
¼ cup organic brown mustard seeds, soaked 24 hours
1 cup raw apple cider vinegar
1 cup fresh squeezed orange juice
¾ cup hemp seeds
2 teaspoon raw himalayan or sea salt
1 tablespoon turmeric
1 teaspoon allspice
Recipe Directions
blend it up real good. if it is not creamy enough, add some more hemp seeds. this one is fun to experiment with. i always try some new spice in each new batch. yeah, fresh horseradish would be awesome. sometimes it has been WAY TOO SPICY but its all one big lesson anyway.
Baylorite's Thoughts
By baylorite you’ll need a good blender for this like a vita-mix or waring. it is awesome on everything besides fruit. try filling an avocado pit with it. ; ).
