Ingredients
6 tbsp raw, organic yacon powder
4 tsp organic arrowroot powder
1 tsp organic ground ginger
2.5 tsp organic ground turmeric
2.5 tsp organic mustard seed powder
2.5 tsp ground sea salt
optional for thickness: 1 tsp psyllium husk
1/2 cup of water
1/3 cup of olive oil
1/4 cup of raw, organic coconut vinegar
1/2 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice (about 2 medium lemons)
Recipe Directions
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and serve!
For a thicker more flavorful sauce, make the day before and store covered in the refrigerator.

Did you know that mustard could be health food? Absolutely! This mustard is unique and entirely raw and vegan. Tastes best if you let the flavors mingle overnight in the fridge. Most ingredients can be found at the grocery store.
