3 cups dense almond milk (3 cups water to 1 cup almonds)
1 cup shiitake mushrooms (dried)
½ teaspoon 7 spice Japanese spice
1 teaspoon miso
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
2 tablespoons yellow onion
1 tablespoon olive oil
Sprinkle of salt and pepper
1. Mix all in blender. Enjoy!

This is an easy and very delicious soup. I really did enjoy it a lot.
What’s more fun is that I completely made it up and it turned out so good.
