12 ounce coconut water
1 tablespoon Vitamineral Green
1 teaspoon agave syrup

Recipe Directions

Add all the ingredients to a shaker, and shake until blended. No need to use a blender, but you can if you want to add ice and make into a frozen concoction.

I love Vitamineral green. It appears to be pure, and has a great taste. Too many of the other supplements have added sweetners, or strange mixtures. This one has a very mild seaweed flavor,that doesn't overpower. Healthforce Naturals makes it. They've got a complete breakdown on their site.
