I have friends that ask how do I give my kids something quick and simple like peanut, butter and jelly? I came up with this and kids seem to enjoy it. Some adults do too!

Ingredients
1 leaf of Romaine or other green
1 spoonful of nut butter to fill the green
add mashed berries, grapes or a drizzle of raw honey
Recipe Directions
Spread nut butter on the greens add the fruit of choice and enjoy! Great for days on the run or to take to school. I just wrap it up, put it in a baggie and into the little lunch cooler!

I tried this yesterday and it was good! I used boston lettuce instead of romaine and just layered them like slices of bread.
