Coconut meat from 1 coconut (save the water for your next smoothie)
1 small frozen banana (frozen makes it creamy)
5 mint leaves
4 small dates (soaked in just enough water to cover the dates)
Soaking water from the dates
Dash of peppermint extract (for extra mintyness)
Dash of vanilla extract
1/2 tablespoon chia seeds
1/2 tablespoon coconut oil (optional)
1. Mix all ingredients together in your blender. Add the cacao nibs for crunchiness.
