Yield
Serves 1
Ingredients
2 tablespoon Flax seed, place in cup
½ green apple, roughly chopped
1 small chilli, chopped
1 cup water
Recipe Directions
Soak flax seeds for a few hours or overnight in a cup of water. Pour seeds and soaking water into a blender with chopped apple and a chilli. Blend. Add more water for desired consistency while blending. Serve.
The chilli is optional. I just tried it with the chilli and it adds a certain wake up zing that I can recommend first thing in the morning.
(when I am in a hurry I have been known to just drink this out of the blender – makes for a very quick healthy and filling breakfast)
Rrhiys's Thoughts

Easy quick breakfast that is filling and great for the insides. Also rich in healthy fresh oils.
