<p>have read a lot about raw over the years. I eat a lot of raw food (and still a lot of crap as well) and it is just about time to take the plunge and go all the way…</p> <p>I guess ann wigmore is one of my heroes. I discovered her over 20 years ago. Now I am trying to put her philosophy into practice, and taking the time to create tasty wholesome meals that are warming to my core</p>
