A nice, refreshing, pick-me-up with a ginger citrus-like zing. Very healthy. Provides lots of antioxidants and omegas! Note: Frozen fruits make thicker smoothies, as does less water.

Beautiful picture Natural Vegan!!! I'm going to have to try this soon. I just watched a documentary that said berries (along with some others) have the best type of fiber for detoxification. I'll be having this soon. Thanks

Not bad... I added agave nectar, bee pollen and a scoop of veggie protein since I didn’t have hemp seeds. And by the time I finished writing this comment, I also finished the entire 1 litre smoothie.?
