serves 3, or or makes 3 bowls for 1 :)
Ingredients
1 young thai coconut, drink coco water and save meat
2 medium vine-ripened tomatoes
1 handfull cilantro
1 clove garlic
¼ medium yellow onion
1 handful baby spinach or mixed greens
1 dash celtic sea salt(to taste)
juice of 1 large lemon or lime
dash cayenne pepper(to taste)
2 cup hot/warm water
Recipe Directions
blend until liquid: all ingredients except the hot water. add the 2 cups hot water(not hot enough to cook) just before serving. add more salt/cayenne to taste.
EAT!!!!! ....or sip..

By salmalovesyou I drink this when I have the flu instead of chicken broth, If you add chunks of zucchini or mushrooms after taking it out of the food processor it may add some chickUNish texture.

i dont know why it says 1 medium yellow onion. it should be about 1/8 of a yellow onion..sorry
