Clean cilantro, ginger, mint and place in blender or food processor.

Add artichokes, and coconut aminos

Blend ingredients 1-2 minutes until smooth

Add your blended green sauce in a refrigerated glass container up to 4-7 days.

Use as a dip for raw chips, sauce for zucchini or lasagna.

Serves up to 2 hungry vegans
