Ingredients
1 cup Artichokes (steamed or lightly smoked raw)
1 bunch fresh cilantro
2-3 cups fresh mint
1/4 cup of coconut aminos (or 1 glove crushed garlic)
Pinch cayenne (optional)
Small (1/2 inch of fresh ginger root)
Recipe Directions
Clean cilantro, ginger, mint and place in blender or food processor.
Add artichokes, and coconut aminos
Blend ingredients 1-2 minutes until smooth
Add your blended green sauce in a refrigerated glass container up to 4-7 days.
Use as a dip for raw chips, sauce for zucchini or lasagna.
Serves up to 2 hungry vegans
