Ingredients

1ST LAYER-CRUST
2 cups macadamia nuts
1/4 cup golden flax seed (ground)
2 to 4 dates
1 teaspoon agave nectar
1 teaspoon sea salt (optional)
2ND LAYER-BROWNIE
6 to 8 Black Mission figs or Turkish figs
2 cups nuts of choice (soaked)
Cacao (ground)
1 teaspoon agave nectar
1 teaspoon sea salt (optional)
3RD LAYER-FUDGE SAUCE
1/3 cup tahini sauce
1 to 2 dates
Cacao (powdered)
2 teaspoons agave nectar
1 teaspoon salt
4TH LAYER-CRUMBLE
1 1/2 cups nuts of choice
1/4 cup cacao nibs
2 to 4 dates
2 to 4 figs
5TH LAYER-CASHEW SAUCE (OPTIONAL)
1/2 cup cashews (ground)
1/4 cup tahini sauce
1 to 2 dates
2 teaspoons agave nectar
1 teaspoon salt

Recipe Directions

FUDGE SAUCE

1. Add water a little bit at a time until you get a whipped consistency.

CRUMBLE

2. Process lightly for a crumble texture.

CASHEW SAUCE (OPTIONAL)

3. Add water a little bit at a time until you get a whipped consistency.

4. Spread out all of your layers.

5. Freeze for 1 hour.

This recipe is completely raw and healthy. All you have to do is mix your ingredients and refrigerate.

I love to put a scoop of raw ice cream on the side with different types of berries!

Also I want to point out that the crust can be made with any filling.

The brownie can be made separate and of course you could always use the cashew and fudge sauce for covered strawberries.

So many options, but the best option is what is local or on hand.

Make sure your ingredients are raw and organic for the healthiest option.
