YieldServed me for lunch :o)
1 ripe mango (peeled, diced)
1 avocado (peeled, diced)
1 tomato (diced) or handful of cherry or grape tomatoes (halved)
Handful of cilantro (coarsely chopped)
2 green onions (sliced)
1 lime (juiced)
Salt and pepper
3 or 4 Brazil nuts (chopped fine)
1. Mix up everything through salt and pepper.
2. Scoop into romaine leaves and sprinkle nuts on top.
