1 Mango, Chopped
5 ounce spinach
1 pint water
Add all the ingredients in the blender – whizz till smooth. Do the above thing with the mango skin – relax for 5 minutes and enjoy!

This is my favourite green smoothie, its delicious. I make it in the morning before getting ready and once I’ve peeled the mango I smear the skin all over my face, leave it for about 5 minutes and then rinse off. It’s a great skin toner and gives my face that little zing all day long :-)
