Ingredients
2 tablespoons chopped Irish Moss (pre-wash and soaked)
2 seeded Manila mangoes (They are so much sweeter when ripe! They are the best for dessert recipes.)
1 tablespoon agave nectar
1 teaspoon maca (malty flavor)
1/2 teaspoon liquid lecithin (binder)
1 teaspoon coconut butter (not oil)
1/4 cup water
Recipe Directions
1. Combine water and Irish Moss in a high speed blender or Vitamix.
2 .Mix until Irish Moss is a gel-like consistency.
3. Add the mangoes, agave nectar, maca, and liquid lecithin. Mix until smooth.
4. Add coconut butter and mix untl smooth.
5. Chill and serve.

Mango season is here, and it's always exciting when my favorite fruit is so abundant!
This pudding is my recovery pudding after a workout.
It's alkaline and uses maca to help recovery. It's delicious!
I have this in my fridge all the time with seasonal fruits.
This dessert or snack taste really good if chilled. It's an amazing pudding!
