Hi,I made a version of banana mango pie this week. I used germinated pecans for the crust, added raw cocoa powder, 2 teaspoons cinnamon, 1 teaspoon nutmeg and 1/4 cup agave nector to pecans that had been made into meal as my crust. I did not put the the finished product in the freezer - so had a tough time getting out of pie pan and onto my plate. I will chill it next time. Thanks
