How do you make walnut butter? Is it just ground up walnuts? or are there other things in it?

They sell it at the health food store where I live, but it's crazily expensive... most nut butters you can just throw some nuts in a cuisinart, but sometimes you have to add a little oil to make it creamy. :o)
This dressing sounds nice!!

I didn't have walnut butter either so I substituted a two heaping T of walnuts in a processor. Since I love tangy dressings, I also added two T of apple cidar vinegar. I didn't blend it till it was reeeal smooth, but the flavor was DELISH !
Thanks!
