Ingredients
2 cups Button Mushrooms, halved or quartered-depending on size
2 Carrots, diced
1/2 Cucumber, diced
2 Roma Tomatoes, diced
2 Stalks Celery, diced
Large Handful of Mixed Greens
Marinade/Dressing:
1/4C Apple Cider Vinegar
1/2C Olive Oil
2T Water
1/2 clove of garlic, pressed
1T Italian Seasoning
Salt and Pepper as desired
Recipe Directions
Combine marinade/dressing ingredients in a bowl and whisk together.
Toss marinade/dressing with quartered mushrooms and marinade for 6-8 hours.
After mushrooms have marinaded, toss with remaining veggies and enjoy!
Use as little or much of marinade/dressing as you desire!

Marinated Mushroom Salad
I changed it a bit, i did not put in celery or greens, but added onion, and it came out very nice, exept for some reason it needed alot of salt
