Makes 1-2 servings.
Ingredients
1 Coconut + Pulp
1 tablespoon 3 Year Aged Miso
2 tablespoon Nori
5 Mushroom Science Agaricus blazei capsules
1 slice Ginger Root
½ cup Onion, Diced
½ cup Dandelion, Sliced into strips
¾ ounce Whole Dulse, Torn
1 teaspoon Ancient Sun Crystal Manna
½ teaspoon Spirulina
Cayenne, Garlic, Sea Salt (to taste)
Recipe Directions
Blend coconut water with coconut pulp along with the miso, nori, ginger, spirulina. Then empty Agaricus capsules into the mixture (Nows the time to add cayenne, garlic, and sea salt to taste) and continue to blend till the mixture warms up.
Gather dulse, diced onion, dandelion in a bowl and pour the warm blended mixture over and sprinkle with crystal manna.

maria...i've found this coconut water at the Co-Op near me, Whole Foods...places like that. I've noticed that it doesn't taste as good as fresh, but it's the ingredient that you're looking for :)

Do you know where you can get coconut water without having to get a coconut? I notice a lot of recipes mention it. thanks
