Recipe Directions

Place everything in the blender

Blend until smooth

Strain and used honey if desired and pour over ice.

Sooo good!

ps the picture is not the actual drink but it’s pretty close to what it will look like. Also using a champion juicer would make it easier and make sure your pineapple is sweet and ripe. Adding more pineapple makes it sweeter and harder to taste the alfalfa.

Bellasera's Thoughts

By bellasera

I was recently in Mexico for major surgery. After they released me from the Hospital I was still having trouble with bowel movements which hurt considerably due to the fact that I was still recovering.

My Mom and I happen to see a Super Salad near the hotel and when she came back with salads for us she bought a drink they had over there. Pineapple and Alfalfa juice. Not only was it delicious but I didn’t have any trouble after that. I drank those things the whole time I was there recovering and it was nice to have someplace to find great raw food salads. Thought I would pass on the recipe.

Recovering nice thanks Raw Dance!

Beany I've decided to try experimenting with it a bit with other greens. Also I wish I had a champion juicer cuz it would be much easier to do I'm sure. Next bit ticket item I want to have to help with my raw food and juicing.

It was so tasty, who would ever know. I could not believe how little soda they drink down there and how much juice is everywhere. Papaya juice, watermelon juice, pineapple alfalfa juices, etc etc. It was a nice change when I was able to get out of bed and go out to eat to have such a great variety to choice from.
