Yield
Serves 4 or more
Ingredients
1 avocado (pitted, cut into chunks)
2 tablespoons raw carob or raw cacao powder (Add more if needed)
2 tablespoons agave nectar (You might need more, depends on how much carob)
Recipe Directions
1. Put ingredients in a blender and blend.
2. Gradually add water, little by little.
3. After it's well blended, taste it to see if you need to add more carob or agave.
4. Pour into ice molds.

Hey, I've thought of this idea myself! You can also make chocolate ice cream by freezing the mixture into ice cubes and then blending them.

I wasn't sure how this would come out, but it did come out soft just like a pudding pop :) I was very pleased!
