J-rush's Thoughts
By J-rush This is my Raw versian of sushi rolls, made at home to make me feel like I'm not missing anything! And I am not, these are addictive and better than a sushi roll...shredded zucchini replaces traditional rice and leaves you feeling much lighter.

RAWsome Nori Rolls
I just attempted to make these, except I used cucumber instead of zucchini. They were super yummy, but they kinda fell apart because I didn't roll them that well. Great recipe!
