Ingredients
-package of salad greens
-1 avocado
-2 T nutritional yeast
-2 T macadamia oil
-1/2 cup sunflower seeds
-1 package of alfalfa sprouts
-pinch of sea salt
Recipe Directions
Toss the alfalfa sprouts and salad greens in a medium bowl. Slice avocado and toss. Divide into bowls and drizzle with macadamia oil. Then sprinkle sunflower seeds, nutritional yeast and sea salt to taste.

By LaEnsalada This salad is filling and also very easy to make. The ingredients were all things I happened to have in my fridge. The macadamia oil can be substituted for any other type of oil but I really like how the macadamia flavor goes with the other ingredients.
